Philadephia Whipped

If you like paying more for less this is for you. It tastes just like the normal Philadelphia, but mildly lighter. It is more spreadable but an extra fifty pence just  to make something spreadable is  an ridiculous offer.

So this is not worth it for snacking. However for recipes the whole community has gone bananas about using it. Recipes for this and that, using whipped cheese instead of honey and  butter. People are also using it for fish and for cakes. It’s surprising but this stuff has taken off.

Maybe it’s going to become like Marmite.
